The hotel was very clean, the reception need more hospitable people Like the other staff. The pool reception is great, especially the young Turkish Guy I believe his last name was Gul something. This pool has indoor and outdoor pools with Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Turkish bath which is much-needed after coming from activities in Goreme. I personally liked this location better than Cave hotels in Goreme because this hotel had fresh air but in Goreme, it's too dusty, dry, and hot. I could literally taste sand in my mouth when I was in Goreme. The activities agencies offer you Pick and Drop which is great.

The staff is very great, welcoming and informative even with limited english. They arranged all our activities with speed. Hotel is also well taken care of.

Everything was fantastic. The room spray they used in their halls smelled so good. One funny incident that happened was when I called and asked for an iron and the guy came with a glass of Ayran (Turkish yoghurt drink).

Fabulous pool. Location surrounded by hills and near Avanos an interesting town. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Nice rooms. Easy on site parking.

Good continental breakfast, massive comfortable bed, lovely reading nook in room, super friendly staff and hotel has a nice peaceful atmosphere, decorated with with aspects that reflect the local culture

Location. Quiet with views of mountains but close to the bustling town, pool was fantastic.. breakfast great.
